This is the date you performed a Clearinghouse query on your driver. Once you have entered the dates for your drivers the system will track the required annual re-checks. Employers are required to conduct a Clearinghouse Annual Query every 12 months on drivers operating a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) requiring a CDL.
-- To enter the Clearinghouse Query date select the DRIVER DETAILS then select MEDICAL TAB.
