Here is what each color stands for:
- GREEN = Clear, driver is in good standing and has no outstanding alerts or violations.
- YELLOW = Warning, driver has some past and/or recent outstanding alerts or violations that need to be addressed.
- RED = Suspended/Revoked, driver has significant outstanding alerts or violations that has resulted in a suspended or revoked license.
- BLACK = DMV Error, no information was found for the driver (usually caused by mistyped name, DOB, driver's license number, or incorrect driver's license state).
- BLANK SCORE = some drivers will have blank "scores" or no colored square in the "SCR" column. This simply means that they have not had an MVR ordered for them yet so therefore, the DSM system has no way of evaluating their profile and assigning them a "score."
