You will receive a "DRIVER NOT FOUND" or "RECORD NOT FOUND" or "DL# AND NAME DO NOT MATCH" on an MVR REPORT if:
- #1 Issue: You entered an incorrect Drivers License Number.
- #2 Issue: You entered an incorrect Name.
- #3 Issue: You entered an incorrect Date of Birth.
Our reports are transmitted DIRECTLY from the DMV DATABASE therefore we CANNOT provide a REFUND for "NOT FOUND" reports.
Recheck all entered information and re-order the report.
