The Pennsylvania (PA) DMV requires a specific release form (Located on your Account Dashboard) be filled out and submitted before they will process your MVR report.
Fill out the e-Release form or email the PDF form to Compliance@MVRCheck.com
Once we receive your release it will be forwarded to the PA DMV and they will process the request same Business Day - SSN required.
NOTE: The signed release can only go back three months from the date of the MVR request.
